Silent Shark Inc operates DelDenney.com and Del Denney’s books, educational content, email programs, speaking, and coaching services. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Silent Shark Inc. This policy explains how we handle personal information through this website and related communications.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, inquiry, application details, and communication preferences. If you purchase or book a service, we may receive order, billing, appointment, and transaction information. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy terms. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, health records, or other sensitive information through a general contact form, email, or chatbot.
3. Website, email, and advertising data
Our website and service providers may receive IP addresses, browser and device details, approximate location derived from IP address, pages visited, referring pages, and interaction data. We use advertising pixels and similar technologies that can collect identifiers, browsing activity, and campaign or conversion events. Email tools may record delivery, opens, and link clicks, subject to your email settings. Advertising partners may combine website activity with information from other services to measure campaigns or personalize advertising.
4. How we use information
We use information to deliver requested resources and services; answer inquiries; manage coaching and speaking requests; send subscribed email lessons and newsletters; administer appointments and purchases; maintain consent and opt-out records; improve our website and content; measure advertising; prevent misuse; and meet legal obligations. Where consent is required for a particular use, we obtain it separately.
5. Email lessons and newsletters
When you sign up for Take Back Your Week, you request one email per day for seven days, followed by The Next Level email newsletter, as described on the signup form. Other signup forms describe their own subscription. Emails may include educational content and relevant information about our books, coaching, or other offers. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact [email protected]. We may still send necessary non-marketing service or transaction messages when permitted.
6. Calls, texts, and messaging
Providing a phone number or accepting these website terms does not, by itself, enroll you in automated marketing calls or texts. If we offer those communications, the signup will identify Silent Shark Inc, the channels, and the consent being requested, including artificial or prerecorded voice and AI voice calls where applicable. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. For a text program you join, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance. You may also make a reasonable opt-out request to [email protected] or ask during a call to stop marketing calls. We honor applicable do-not-call requests and consent withdrawals.
7. AI assistants, chatbots, and recordings
We may introduce AI-assisted customer support, chatbots, or phone agents to answer routine questions, help with scheduling, and assist with communications. If you use such a feature, your messages, contact details, and relevant interaction context may be processed by the providers supporting it. We will identify an AI assistant at the start of the interaction. Calls are not currently recorded or transcribed as a standard business practice. If a future AI or other service records or transcribes an interaction, we will provide notice and obtain any required consent before recording or transcription begins. You can decline and contact us by email instead. AI can make mistakes; contact a person at [email protected] for help or correction.
8. Who receives information
Information may be handled by providers that host the website, manage our CRM and forms (including HighLevel/LeadConnector), deliver email or phone services, support AI features when offered, process payments, schedule appointments, secure systems, and measure advertising. We disclose the information needed for their roles, subject to applicable agreements and law. Advertising partners may receive identifiers and website activity through pixels; some privacy laws treat this as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising even when no money changes hands. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate safeguards. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in records, and consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Providers supporting our messaging may process that information to deliver the program.
9. Cookies and your advertising choices
You can manage cookies through your browser and use any privacy or cookie controls made available on the website. Blocking cookies may affect website functions. To request that we stop sharing your information for targeted advertising or other activities treated as sale or sharing under applicable law, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy choices.” We will apply rights and recognized browser preference signals where required by law. These choices do not necessarily remove all advertising or affect data already collected by independent platforms. Optional tracking must be handled in accordance with consent requirements that apply to your location.
10. Retention and security
We retain information as needed for the purposes described here, considering the service relationship, legal requirements, dispute resolution, and security. We may keep limited consent and suppression records to honor your choices, even after removing other information. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no online system is completely secure.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. We operate in the United States, and service providers may process information in the United States or other countries, subject to applicable transfer requirements. Our website and programs are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where required.
13. Other websites and AI prompts
Links to Amazon, Audible, podcast platforms, social networks, or other services lead to independent websites with their own policies. If you copy one of our educational AI prompts into an AI service you choose, that service processes your input under its own terms. Avoid including confidential or sensitive information.
